Internet Advertising Agreement
The Visitor & Immigrant Services Association (hereinafter called “V.I.S.A.”),
of
P.O. Box 341, Dumaguete City 6200, Oriental Negros, Phil., and
________________________________________, hereinafter called “Ad Client”, of
____________________________________________________________________
do herein agree to the following terms in regard to advertising the Ad
Client’s Real Property for sale or for rent on the internet website
http://www.real-estate.ph (and
also on
http://www.negros-island.com if the property is
located on Negros Island):
1. □ PREPAID ADVERTISING FEE:
The Ad Client desires to advertise _____ property (properties) in the

of the website for an advertising term of

three months for P2,000, or
□
six months for P3,000, or □
12 months for P4,500. The term of the advertising shall begin on the date
of this agreement.
The total advertising investment by the Ad Client is
P________________, payable (a) fifty percent (50%) in advance,
non-refundable, upon the signing of this agreement; and (b) fifty
percent (50%) upon the date that the Ad Client’s property listing becomes
live on the website

and (for Negros Island properties)
http://www.negros-island.com.
If the Ad Client fails to pay the fifty percent (50%) balance due
upon the property listing’s publication on the website within five (5) days
after said publication, V.I.S.A. may, in its sole discretion, terminate the
property listing at that point with no refund to the Ad Client for the
initial fifty percent (50%) payment because V.I.S.A. is herein authorized to
keep that initial payment as liquidated damages for the time, effort, and
expenses incurred in meeting with the Ad Client, taking photo’s of the Ad
Client’s property, and the creation of the webpage built to advertising the
property listing.
2. The Ad Client shall provide detailed property listing information to
V.I.S.A. If the property is located in Oriental Negros province, V.I.S.A.
will take photo’s of the property, at no additional cost to the Ad Client,
for use on the Ad Client’s property listing webpage. If the property is
located outside of Oriental Negros, it is the responsibility of the Ad
Client to take property photo’s and to provide them by either developed film
photographs mailed to V.I.S.A.’s, P.O. Box 341, Dumaguete City 6200,
Oriental Negros, Philippines or as digital photo’s delivered by email
attachment to
philrealestate4sale@yahoo.com
or
visitorimmigrant@yahoo.com..
3. The Ad Client’s understands and agrees that: (a) V.I.S.A. and its
officers, employees and agents are NOT licensed real estate brokers or
agents; and V.I.S.A and its officers, employees, and agents are providing
only an internet advertising service, and they are not providing real estate
brokerage or agent services.
4. The Ad Client and V.I.S.A. understand and agree that the written
terms of this agreement are the total agreement between the parties. Any
oral representation by either party that is not specifically provided for in
the written terms of this agreement is null and void and unenforceable.
6. This agreement shall be interpreted and administered under the
laws of the Philippines. If either party wishes to sue the other in
relation to this agreement, such litigation shall originate in the Regional
Trial Court, Dumaguete City 6200, Oriental Negros, with the losing party
paying the reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by the
prevailing party.
